Kelly Cook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people development, management, and training across various industries. Currently serving as a People Development Officer at Management Development Services (MDS) Ltd since March 2021, Kelly focuses on coaching and developing over 70 University Graduates in a Leadership and Development program. Previous roles include Team Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners, overseeing recruitment and performance management of Virtual Reps, and Credit Control Team Leader at the Environment Agency, managing debt collection for national accounts. With significant experience from positions at NIG Personal Lines and Churchill Insurance, Kelly has honed skills in team leadership, training program development, and operational analysis throughout a career spanning nearly three decades.
