Olgica Radulović

Olgica Radulović serves as the People Development Lead at Nortal since September 2025, with a strong background in talent and learning development. Prior roles include Talent & Learning Development Manager at IGT, where Olgica successfully supported the global rollout of the Talent Management Strategy across ten business units, and HR Business Partner at symphony.is, focusing on performance management. Olgica's experience in Learning and Development spans various roles at Bosch Srbija, including Learning and Development Specialist and Associate, where responsibilities included identifying training needs and managing training logistics. Previous positions also include HR Administrator at Hyatt Regency Belgrade and HR Intern at Frikom, alongside early career experiences in language teaching and journalism. Olgica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and degrees in Language, Literature, and Culture from the Faculty of Philology.
