LaToya Robertson-DJCfY is a highly experienced professional in the healthcare and provider relations field, currently serving as a Provider Relations Representative II at MDwise, Inc. since August 2022. Previously, LaToya held the position of Team Lead of Member Services at IU Health Plans and worked as a Provider Relations Consultant at DXC Technology. With a background that includes training and development roles at MDwise, LaToya has designed and delivered training curriculums, administered training for new and existing staff, and created educational materials. LaToya’s extensive experience began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included processing Medicaid claims, training team members, and conducting workshops for the Indiana Health Coverage Program. LaToya possesses an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from IWU National & Global, a diploma in Medical and Dental Office Administration from Kaplan College, and another Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Indiana Business College.
