Cristina Di Loreto is a highly accomplished psychologist and psychotherapist with extensive experience in various roles. As the Founder and CEO of Me First®, Cristina has pioneered a psychological Mom Empowerment method aimed at providing mothers with practical tools to achieve a balanced life. Cristina also serves as an Official Psychotherapist at the Centro di Terapia Strategica, where leadership is under the direction of Professor Giorgio Nardone. Additionally, Cristina holds the position of Vice President and Coordinator for the National Network of Psychologists at Cerchio Blu and contributes as a Trainer at Luca Mazzucchelli Consulting s.r.l. and has been actively involved in the GENGLE MAG publication. With a practice in clinical psychology and strategic psychotherapy, Cristina offers services in both Italian and English and has a strong background in consulting on well-being within corporate environments.
