Tracy Jones

Tracy Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital learning and community safety. Currently serving as a Digital Learning Consultant at Me Learning Ltd since May 2019, Tracy specializes in social care and anti-social behavior (ASB). Prior to this, Tracy worked at Wigan Council from October 2016 to May 2019, focusing on ASB and safer communities, where responsibilities included citywide case management and partnership relationship management. Tracy also held the position of Customer Account Manager at TBD Ltd from May 2013 to October 2016, managing client relationships and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Divisional Manager for ASB & Community Safety Services at Manchester City Council, from June 2002 to April 2013, where strategic management and training services were key responsibilities.
