Carolina Salcedo Claramunt has worked in a variety of roles in the fields of business, marketing, and education. Carolina began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Waikato. In 2011, they joined Universidad Mayor as a University Lecturer, Academic Program Coordinator, and Director of IDEAlab/ Pyme Crece. In 2015, they became a Social Media Business Strategist at Banco Bci. In 2019, they co-founded Fitz Great Ltd, a New Zealand company focused on producing garments and textile products with superior microbial protection. In 2021, they became a Design Thinking Consultant at Momentum Mindlab and an MBA Lecturer at Nexus University, where they were in charge of designing courses in Design Thinking, Innovation and Strategic Agility, as well as facilitating the course Marketing Management. Carolina is currently working as a Product Manager at MEA.
