Lisa Schwarz

Lisa Schwarz, RD, LD, CDE, is the Dietitian at Meadowlark. Lisa facilitates the completion of nutritional assessments, care plans and documentation with regards to the nutritional needs of the residents. She is also available to complete nutritional consults. Lisa works with the Homemaker Guide Team and Certified Dietary Managers.

Lisa joined the Meadowlark team in September of 2014. She graduated from Kansas State University in 1990 with a bachelor’s of science in dietetics and obtained her Certified Diabetes Educator certification in 2011. Previously, Lisa worked as a Renal Dietitian at Flint Hill Dialysis and was a Diabetes Educator for the Diabetes Center at Mercy Regional Health Center.

Lisa is involved with the Blackjack 4-H Club and is a member of the Manhattan Church of Christ.

Originally from Hanover, Kan., Lisa now lives outside of Wamego with her husband, Stuart. Lisa and Stuart have two sons, Brett and Braden.
