Jared Lopez is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end food service. Currently serving as the Estate Events Sous Chef at Meadowood Napa Valley since September 2016, Jared specializes in butchering and executing high-profile banquets and events. Previously, Jared honed skills at the Bohemian Club as a Sauce’r and lead cook under certified master chef Robert Mancusso, managing a diverse menu for an exclusive membership of 2,600. Prior roles include Kitchen Supervisor at Calistoga Ranch, where Jared oversaw meal services for private residences, and experience as a Junior Sous Chef at Rv Bistro, focusing on French cuisine. Jared’s culinary journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Chef Training from Santa Rosa Junior College, completing education in 2008.
