Santiago Guzman Amortegui

Santiago Guzman Amortegui currently serves as Hotel Manager (MIT) at Meadowood Napa Valley since May 2022. Prior to this role, Santiago held multiple positions at Post Ranch Inn from February 2021 to April 2022 and worked as Executive Chef at Movich Hotels from April 2019 to October 2019. Santiago's education includes a degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, which is ongoing until July 2024, and a Certificate in Hospitality Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, also underway until November 2023. Additional culinary education includes training in South Asian Cuisine from Seoul National Institute of Technology and Education, and degrees in Food and Beverage Management and Cooking from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
