Msw Melissa Rowan

Melissa Rowan, MSW, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of mental health policy and management. Melissa is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President for Policy Implementation at the same organization from September 2019 to August 2022. In addition, Melissa also worked as a Senior Fellow for Policy Implementation from April 2019 to September 2019.

Before joining Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, Melissa was a Partner at Wertz&Rowan from July 2015 to August 2022, where they focused on policy and management consulting. Prior to that, they served as the Healthcare Policy Director at the Texas Council of Community MHMR Centers from December 2010 to June 2015.
