David Carpenter

David Carpenter is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana since August 2018, David oversees quality control, team development, and program delivery. Previous roles include leading Ryan's Meals for Life, where evidence-based interventions were provided to clients, and as a Project Assistant for the EMBRACE Cancer Project, responsible for client intakes and assessments. Additionally, David holds a position as a Peer Recovery Coach at Indiana University Indianapolis, facilitating recovery sessions and support groups. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Indianapolis, a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Christian Theological Seminary, and ongoing studies for a Master of Social Work at Indiana University Indianapolis.
