Carl Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carl started their career as a Senior Field Service Engineer at KBS (Midlands) Ltd, where they managed a team of engineers and provided hardware and software support to clients. Carl then moved on to Countrywide Estate Agents as an IT Manager, overseeing IT and infrastructure for the Birmingham Finance Centre and four subsidiaries. At Reapit, they held various roles including Associate Director, where they worked closely with clients to ensure optimal utilization of the RPS application, and also managed the Reapit Leeds support function. Carl then joined Eurolink Technology as a CRM Manager and Head of Partnerships, responsible for setting up customer service processes, introducing third-party partnerships, and managing contract negotiations. Their most recent position was at Mears Group PLC, where they initially served as an Application Support Manager, responsible for managing and supporting IT Business Applications and Systems for the Housing Management division. Carl eventually became the Head of Business Solutions, providing guidance and support for strategic change projects. Throughout their career, Carl Nelson has demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Carl Nelson attended The Earls High School from 1988 to 1993. After completing high school, they attended Halesowen College - Walton Campus from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Diploma in IT Applications.
