Denise Lum

Denise Lum has over 18 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Denise started their career in 2003 as an Operations Consultant for Strategic Consultants. In 2004, they moved to Incofood Hospitality Pte Ltd as a Central Kitchen Operations Executive. In 2007, they became the Managing Director of Gastronome Inc Pte Ltd. In 2010, they worked as a Commissary Manager for Domino's Pizza Singapore Pte Ltd. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Sous Chef for Thansur Bokor Highland Resort. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Senior F&B Operations Manager for HGB Food Industry Co., Ltd. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Director of Operations for Wong & Meas Restaurants Co., Ltd. Since 2018, they have been the Group Operations Director for Meas Development Holding. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer for Wong and Meas Restaurant Co., Ltd.

Denise Lum's education history began in 1977 when they attended Anderson Secondary School and earned their GCE O' Level. In 1987 they attended Singapore Hotel Association Training & Educational Centre and earned a National Trade Certificate Grade 2 in Food Preparation. In 1993 they attended Delifrance Singapore Pte Ltd and earned a Certificate in Cafe Bakery Management. In 1995 they attended University of St. Thomas and earned a Certificate in Franchise Development Management. Finally, in 2010 they attended Global Chef Academy and earned a WSQ Food & Beverage Hygiene Audit to conduct Food & Beverage Hygiene Audits.
