Yong YONG is a highly experienced professional in psychometric research and services, currently serving as Vice President of Psychometric Research & Services at Measurement Incorporated. Prior to this role, Yong held positions at ACT, where YONG contributed as a Senior Psychometrician and Psychometrician. With a Ph.D. in Educational Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Yong has a strong background in conducting research, data management, and providing psychometric support for educational testing programs.
