Rose Yong

Rose Yong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the meat and livestock industry. Currently serving as the Malaysia Country Manager and Singapore Trade Development Manager for Meat & Livestock Australia since December 2011, Rose has played a pivotal role in the strategic marketing and promotion of Australian meat products. Previous positions include Project Consultant for promoting Australian meat in Southeast Asia and Greater China, and serving as a Committee Member for the Malaysia Australia Business Council focused on the food and beverage sector. Rose founded Beyond Culinary Sdn Bhd and has held key roles in training and marketing within the foodservice industry. Rose’s background also includes leadership positions in marketing and public relations, with a foundational education in Management and Economics from the University of Guelph and qualifications in training and assessment.
