Renske Spreuwenberg

Renske Spreuwenberg has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Renske is currently the Head of People & Culture at Meatable, where they are leading the transformation of the company from a research and development startup to a market-oriented scale-up. Prior to this, they worked at Ahold Delhaize as the Manager of Learning & Talent Development, and as an HR Business Partner for their e-Commerce division. Before joining Ahold Delhaize, Renske worked at TravelBird as an HR Business Partner and a Learning & Development Advisor, where they focused on creating a learning culture and managing talent acquisition. Renske also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Team Lead. Renske began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Van Beuningen & Partners, specializing in attracting candidates for investment banking and strategy consulting roles.

Renske Spreuwenberg pursued their Master's degree in Communication- and Information Science at the University of Groningen from 2005 to 2011.
