Justin Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin started their career in 2009 as a Farm Hand at Roberts Farm & Ranch, where they worked until 2018. Justin then transitioned to being a Landscaper at Signature Landscapes for a brief period in 2018.

In 2014, Justin worked as a Coach at Cross Training Ministries Inc, focusing on coaching responsibilities until 2018. Justin further expanded their skills by serving as a Referee for World of Officiating from 2016 to 2019.

Justin's career in digital marketing began in 2019 at GS&F, where they initially worked as a Digital Marketing Intern. Justin displayed excellent organizational and time management skills, handling various campaigns, trafficking ads, and reporting using platforms like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager. Justin also developed a digital analytics dashboard and created monthly newsletters on marketing trends.

From 2020 to 2021, Justin served as a Digital AdOps Coordinator at GS&F, where they continued to support marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients while ensuring the successful execution of ad campaigns.

Starting in 2021, Justin joined First Lite as a Digital Marketing Coordinator for 3 of the MeatEater companies. In this role, they developed and executed digital marketing strategies, managed budgets, aligned creative and copy, and troubleshooted shopping feeds to optimize shopping and dynamic product ads.

Currently, Justin is working as a Paid Ads Manager at MeatEater, Inc. since 2023.

Justin Roberts earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, with a minor in Business Administration, from North Dakota State University between 2015 and 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Lipscomb University from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Justin obtained certifications in Google Ads Display and Google Ads Search from Google in July 2020.
