Josh West

Josh West is an experienced professional in the brewing and fermentation industries, currently serving as a Senior Process Lead in Brewing at Molson Coors Beverage Company since June 2024. In addition, Josh holds the position of Fermentation Operations Manager at Meati Foods since April 2022. Formerly, Josh worked as a Fermentation Senior Specialist at Molson Coors Beverage Company from January 2020 to April 2022 and was the Head Brewer at Lone Tree Brewing Co. from March 2012 to January 2020. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Arizona between 2001 and 2005.
