Andrew Francisco

Andrew Francisco is a seasoned Port Engineer with extensive experience in marine engineering and operations. Currently serving as a Port Engineer for T-Solutions, Inc. since December 2016, Andrew has also held roles including Second Assistant Engineer and Third Assistant Engineer with MEBA Dist 1-PCD, where significant expertise was gained in steam propulsion systems and deck cargo equipment management. Previous positions include consulting for The McHenry Management Group and serving as a Board Member for the Marion Condominium Association. Andrew’s career began with an internship at Newport News Shipyard and includes engineering roles with NOAA research vessels. A graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering Systems.
