Shannon Harwell

Shannon Harwell, Jr. has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, demonstrating a progressive career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Superintendent Start up & CX at MEC2 since March 2020, Shannon manages daily workloads and weekly schedules for the team. Previously, Shannon worked as a Lead HVAC Technician servicing the DMV region and held various positions including Commercial HVAC Technician at Fidelity Engineering Corp and HVAC Service Technician at MAAMECH, where responsibilities included service, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment. Early career roles included HVAC Technician at Shoberline Mechanical and HVAC Mechanic positions at BGE Home and Arundel Heating & Cooling, further solidifying expertise in HVAC service and installation. Shannon is a graduate of North County High School, completing studies in 2005.
