Leandro Matos is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Mecanizou, Leandro leads teams focused on Growth & Omnichannel strategies and oversees the Business System Group & Financial Services, enhancing financial infrastructure and project management. As the Founder and CTO of IS-UZ, Leandro spearheads innovative technological solutions. Previous roles include positions at iFood, where Leandro improved user experiences in fintech services, and at Hotmart, where Leandro implemented growth strategies for digital platforms. Leandro holds degrees in Graphic Design and Fashion/Apparel Design from Universidade FUMEC and completed the Harvard CS50 Computer Science program, along with English language studies at ILAC.
