Jorge Bialade

Jorge Bialade has been working in the industry since 2008. Jorge began as a Freelance Broadcaster and Conductor - Locutor for Cadena de la Costa FM 102.1 and Arena FM 99.3 in 2009. In 2010, they took on the roles of Sales and Marketing Manager for Arena FM 99.3 and Project Leader for Wasabi Marketing Digital. In 2012, they became Head of Automotive Department for El Pais Uruguay, where they were responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities, developing strategic alliances, performing market analysis, developing and executing new projects, and training the internal sales force. In 2014, they took on the role of Digital Marketing Professor for El Taller de Informatica. In 2020, they became Business Director for Sumauto, and in 2022, they became Head of Growth for Velca, where they are responsible for designing the best strategy for capturing and selling vehicles, both digitally and physically, as well as leading the human team to ensure their contributions are 100% aligned with growth objectives.

Jorge Bialade has a diverse educational background, beginning with a BS in Communication with a focus in Advertising from Universidad ORT Uruguay, which they obtained between 2010 and 2015. Jorge then obtained a MA in Gestalt Psychology from Encuentro between 2011 and 2013. In 2021, they obtained a Master in Scrum from theUncoding, a Cryptoeconomy and Blockchain Course from Cryptomaster Academy, and a Javascript Programming for Blockchain Developers from Moralis Academy. Jorge also obtained a Broadcaster, Presenter & Voice Actor certification from LAMCCO - Laboratorio de los Medios de Cognición y Comunicación between 2006 and 2008, a Cocinero Profesional Tecnicatura from Escuela del Plata in 2004, and a Public Relations certification from ITHU - Instituto Técnico Hotelero del Uruguay in 2004. In addition, Jorge has obtained several certifications from Tutellus, Founderz, and Ecix Group between 2021 and 2022. Jorge also has two Trinity College Examination Level certifications from 1999 and 2001.
