Haoliang Zhou

Haoliang Zhou has extensive work experience in the field of engineering, particularly in mechanical consulting, 3D printing, and research and development. Haoliang is the CEO and Founder of Cloud 3D Print, a company that offers cloud-based solutions for 3D printing and project management. Prior to this, they also served as the CEO and Founder of Mech Solutions, Ltd, a mechanical consulting firm that provided various services in industries such as aeronautics, automobile, and medical. Haoliang also worked as a Mechanical Engineer at OneCAD Solutions Ltd. where they successfully led a project team in creating a 3D Solidworks assembly for the OPG Pickering plant. Haoliang has a strong research background and has held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto and as a PhD and Master Student at Imperial College London, where they conducted research on topics such as aero-engine analysis and the effects of residual stresses on materials.

Haoliang Zhou earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Beihang University, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Haoliang then pursued a Master's degree in Materials Science at Imperial College London from 2010 to 2011. Following that, Haoliang Zhou went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Haoliang Zhou has also obtained several certifications. Haoliang became a Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert - Mechanical Design, Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional - Core, and has earned various other certifications related to SOLIDWORKS. These certifications were obtained in 2016 from Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. Moreover, Haoliang Zhou has also obtained certifications in Marketing Foundations: Targeting and Social Media Marketing with Facebook and Twitter from Lynda.com in April 2019.
