John Seymour

John is the General Counsel and Compliance Director for MSS Solutions and its affiliated entities. At MSS, he serves as the key legal advisor on all major business transactions as well as provides leadership and direction to IT, Human Resources and Safety staff.

He has more than 15 years of legal experience of which more than half have been spent in various in-house counsel positions. He is a business minded senior legal professional with extensive experience in global manufacturing with an emphasis on contracts, negotiations and business transactions. Particular expertise evaluating the business and legal ramifications of contracts and business deals, building consensus internally and externally, and negotiating workable business solutions given complex factors and time sensitivity. He spent his early years of his legal career litigating in private practice before being recruited by a client to leave and join their commercial team.

He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting from North Carolina State University. He also holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Campbell University.
