Joseph F. McDonough

Joseph F. McDonough, CIMA® has over 20 years of experience in portfolio management, specializing in high net worth clients. Joseph F. started their career at Wells Fargo as an Associate Portfolio Manager before moving on to Merrill Lynch Investment Management as a Portfolio Manager. McDonough then joined BlackRock as a VP and later as a Director, where they led teams, provided investment and risk management solutions, and worked closely with financial advisors to create customized investment strategies. Most recently, McDonough joined Mechanics Bank as a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager in 2022.

Joseph F. McDonough, CIMA®, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from San Diego State University in 1992. Joseph F. went on to earn a Master's degree in Finance, General from Golden Gate University in 1993. In 2008, they received the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) certification from the Investments & Wealth Institute.
