Matthew'sroles ranged from SVP, Director of Total Rewards to Vice President of Compensation and Retirement, showcasing their diverse skill set and dedication to the HR industry.

Matthew Simmons began their education at Loyola Marymount University in 1995, where they studied Business until 1999. Matthew continued their education at Irvine Valley College from 2000 to 2001. Finally, they completed their bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a focus on Communications at California State University, Fullerton from 2002 to 2004.
