Luka Horvat

Luka Horvat is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and software architecture. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Mechanism Ventures, Luka leads the engineering department and collaborates closely with other departments on solution architecture and business setups. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at Bold.org, where Luka was involved in building the platform from the ground up, and Head of Developer Vertical at Toptal, responsible for managing a large team to connect clients with top engineering talent. Luka's diverse experience also includes Head of Engineering at Farmeron and project leadership roles in various technical domains. Luka holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek.
