ESTHER ODUNLAMI, ACIPM, SPHRI

Esther Odunlami started their work experience as a Brokers Admin Executive at The Concept Group in June 2018. ESTHER then moved on to work as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Finchglow Group from June 2019 to August 2020. Their responsibilities included strategic HR business partnering, recruitment oversight, and employee relations improvement. In September 2020, they joined Mecho Autotech as the Head of Human Resources, where they focused on organization development, performance management, and HR strategy implementation. In February 2021, they founded their HR consultancy and advisory company called Jobs with TY, specializing in recruitment and HR operational design.

Esther Odunlami, ACIPM, SPHRi, has a diverse educational background in the fields of Sociology and Anthropology, Human Resources Management and Services, and Project Management Professional. ESTHER started their educational journey in 2012 and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Lagos in 2016. In 2017, Esther obtained a diploma in Project Management Professional from the British Project Management Academy.

Continuing their education, Esther pursued professional certification in Human Resources Management and Services at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) from 2019 to 2020.

Additionally, Esther has demonstrated their commitment to continuous learning and professional development through various certifications. In November 2021, they obtained certifications in the following areas: Applied AI for Human Resources, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Cert Prep: Domains 1–4, Introduction to Business Analytics, Talent Management, and Using Power BI with Excel. Furthermore, Esther is in the process of obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from HRCI.
