Janelly Rosales, MBA, is an experienced professional in economic development and business consulting, currently serving as the Senior Economic Development Program Manager at Mecklenburg County since February 2022. Prior roles include Economic Development Program Manager and Economic Development Specialist, where Janelly advanced initiatives supporting business diversity and inclusion.
