Michele Gasiewski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational strategy, and culture transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations, Strategy & Innovation at Mecklenburg County since November 2019, Michele leads a unit focused on critical areas such as organizational culture, internal communications, and diversity initiatives, significantly expanding programming and team size in the first year. As the Founder and Principal of LeaderLab Innovations, Michele partners with organizations to enhance leadership and strategic alignment. Previous roles include leadership development consulting at Lowe's Companies, directing strategy and evaluation at Leadership for Educational Equity, and managing comprehensive organizational strategies at Teach For America. With a strong educational background from the College of the Holy Cross, Michele combines a deep understanding of strategic planning, coaching, and data-driven decision-making to foster continuous improvement and innovation across various sectors.
