Myra Ray-Howett

Myra Ray-Howett currently serves as a Strategy and Innovation Analyst for Mecklenburg County, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ray-Howett worked as an Associate Consultant at Raftelis, where responsibilities included facilitating strategic planning for municipal clients and conducting organizational assessments. Previous experience includes serving as a Management Analyst for the City of Cambridge, Maryland, and an Executive Administrative Coordinator for the Anne Arundel County Partnership for Children, Youth and Families. Additional roles include a Legislative Fellow at the Delaware General Assembly and an IPA Public Administration Fellow at The Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration. Ray-Howett holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
