Currently serving as the Head of Operations at MECO since August 2024, Compton previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering & Quality at Seemann Composites, Inc. from June 2019 to August 2024. Earlier career roles include Telecommunications & Technology Department Manager at M S Benbow and Associates, Vice President of Life Cycle Support Programs and Vice President of Engineering & Technical Services at Textron Systems, and various leadership positions at MECO, American Airlines, and Texas Instruments. Compton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas.
