Carrie Oliphant, Pharm.D., FCCP, BCPS, BCCP, is a seasoned pharmacist and academic with extensive experience in medical communications and clinical pharmacy. Currently serving as Senior Principal Scientific Communications Specialist at Med Communications, Inc. since September 2018, Carrie has held various roles in the organization, including Senior Content Medical Information Specialist and Content Medical Information Specialist. Previously, Carrie was an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center from August 1999 to January 2020. Additionally, Carrie contributed to the clinical pharmacy field at Methodist Healthcare from June 1997 to August 2018, taking on various positions such as Cardiology Pharmacy Specialist and Clinical Coordinator. Carrie earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University in 1997, following a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the same institution in 1996.
