Felipe Farias

Felipe Farias, PhD, is a Research Engineer at MED-EL since October 2020, with prior experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Auckland from July 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included teaching various electrical and digital systems courses. Felipe also served as a Sound Technician in the School of Music and as an Audiovisual Technician for Encore Event Technologies. Earlier in academia, Felipe was a Lecturer at Universidad de Chile, teaching Electroacoustics. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Auckland, a Master's Degree in Acoustics and Vibrations from Universidad Austral de Chile, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sound Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
