Kallie Juel

Kallie Juel is a Research Engineer at Southwest Research Institute since May 2020, with prior experience as an Engineer and Student Engineer. Kallie served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Microprocessors and Digital Logic Design at the University of Houston, assisting in course curriculum, lab assignments, and providing support to students. In 2018, Kallie led a team in the BSEE Offshore Science and Technology Challenge, focusing on piezoelectric technology and circuitry education for high school students. Additional roles included an Office Administrative Assistant in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and mentoring under Dr. Frank Claydon at the University of Houston, leading projects in bacterial growth analysis and coding curriculum design. Kallie holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University.
