Susan Perez Dembeck has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Susan has held various roles in different companies.

In 1984, Susan started their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Health Care Retirement, where they worked until 1986. During the same time, they also worked as an LCSW Consultant in a consulting role.

From 1986 to 1993, Susan worked as a System Analyst at Bethesda Computers and also served as the Director of Technology at Young Phillips Sales Company - Baltimore Office.

In 1997, Susan joined Heldref Publications as the Deputy Director. Susan held this position until 2003.

From 2003 to 2006, Susan worked as the Director of Operations at Physicians Practice, LLC. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2007, they served as the Vice President of Operations at the same company.

Since 2007, Susan has been associated with Med-IQ. Susan initially joined as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the President in 2022.

Susan Perez Dembeck has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Towson University. Susan also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Administration from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland University College.
