Harry Crane

Harry Crane is a seasoned executive in the healthcare revenue cycle management sector, currently serving as Corporate Vice President at Prime Healthcare since February 2024. With a robust background that includes the role of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Med-Metrix since November 2021, Harry leads a high-performing team and oversees revenue cycle outsourcing relationships. Previously, Harry founded and served as CEO of H-3 Consulting LLC, managing substantial consulting contracts. At McLaren Health Care, Harry held the position of Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle, focusing on performance metrics within a $5B health system. As COO and Co-Founder of Nucohealth LLC, Harry successfully drove the organizational strategy and profitability in its inaugural year. Earlier roles include directing implementation at Accretive Health and serving as Senior Manager at Accenture, following an initial position as Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems.
