Scott O'Neil is an experienced professional in customer success and operational management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Management at athenahealth since 2022. Prior to this role, Scott led customer service initiatives as Vice President of Customer Coordination & Service at The University of Vermont Health Network from 2019 to 2022, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through digital solutions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Cox Automotive Inc. and Dealer.com, where Scott directed client services and operational workflows in B2B SaaS environments. As a Co-Founder of Heart of Vermont Productions, Scott developed an adventure sports business aimed at empowering youth, and Scott began their career at GE Healthcare, holding various positions including Six Sigma Black Belt. Scott holds an Executive MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Keene State College.
