Zheena de Lumban, RN, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management, training, and nursing. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Med-Metrix since December 2019, Zheena has previously held HR leadership roles at Offshore Outsource Operations INC. and RX Global Sales and Marketing Corporation where responsibilities included recruitment, training program development, employee relations, and implementing HR strategies. Zheena also has experience in nursing, having worked as Head Nurse/Marketing Specialist at New Life Health and Wellness Center and as a Private Duty Nurse/ICU Nurse, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of healthcare and human resources. Educational achievements include an MBA in Human Resource Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lyceum of the Philippines University.
