Kristen O'Melia

Kristen O'Melia currently serves as the Employment Services Manager at Launch CNY since November 2023. With extensive experience in employment services, O'Melia has held multiple roles including CANS Assessor at Med-Scribe, Inc., Employment Services Coordinator at ARISE CNY, Director of Employment Services at The Arc of Onondaga, and Work Readiness Coach at Onondaga Community College. O'Melia began the career in vocational counseling as a Vocational Counselor at DePaul and furthered expertise as an Employment Specialist at Circare and Placement Specialist at Career Systems Development Corp. O'Melia's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Education from Canisius University and a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Cincinnati.
