Adam Niekras, MBA, currently serves as Base Manager and Helicopter Pilot at Med-Trans Corporation, where responsibilities include VFR operations for Banner Health Network’s MedEvac program. Prior experience includes a role as Helicopter Pilot at Metro Aviation, Inc., supporting Allegheny Health Network’s LifeFlight program. Adam previously held positions in the technology sector as Program Manager at Toast, Inc., where initiatives included the establishment of an IT PMO and the Data Insights program, and as Head of Operations at inRecovery. Adam’s military background spans nearly eight years in the US Navy, with significant roles including Director of Training for HSM-49 and Program Manager for HSM Weapons School, recognized with the 2016 Tactician of the Year award. Adam holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and additional certifications in Project Management and Data Analytics.
