Caio de Freitas Lucio has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 with Tempo Assist, where they worked as a Business Analyst until 2010. Caio then joined Hospital Albert Einstein, initially as a Business Analyst and later advancing to Senior Business Analyst and Business Consultant roles. After that, Caio pursued a Masters degree at the University of Westminster from 2017 to 2018. Caio then took a Sabbatical period in 2019 to travel, study, and assist their family business. Following this, Caio worked as an Implementation Project Manager at Meddbase from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Medable, Inc where they held the position of Digital Project Manager from November 2020 to August 2021, and currently serves as the CS Process Design Lead from September 2021 onwards.

Caio de Freitas Lucio completed their education in a precise and chronological manner. Caio first graduated in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduation in Strategic Market Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2012-2013. Later, they enrolled at the University of Westminster in 2017-2018 and earned an MSc in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Business Development, focusing on Business.

In addition to their degrees, Caio de Freitas Lucio obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include DCT Foundation: Certification from Medable, Inc in February 2022, Management and Leadership Development from the University of Westminster in February 2019, Project Management from FGV Brazil in November 2016, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Hospital Albert Einstein in January 2015, Intensive Spanish from BA Argentina in July 2012, Business English from San Diego CA in August 2011, and PDCA from Tempo Assist in April 2009. Caio was also recognized as one of the TOP100 Finalists of RAHM 2018 - The Global LGBT+ Leadership Contest by Uhlala | Empowering LGBT People in the Working World in July 2018.
