Mike Deerkoski

Mike Deerkoski has extensive experience in engineering and technology roles. Mike is currently working as the Senior Vice President, Engineering - Consumer Experience at Medable, Inc., where they lead the patient experiences team. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Credit Karma, leading the development of credit cards, personal loans, and mortgage products. Mike also worked as the SVP Engineering at Chariot, where they helped scale the product, markets, and team, and launched the service in London. Mike was a Technical Advisor at Coffee Meets Bagel, providing support to the CEO in recruiting and tech interviews. Mike served as the CTO and VP of Engineering at Depict and EAT Club, where they played a key role in building and launching their respective products. Mike was the Head of Engineering at Flickr, leading the support and infrastructure for the popular photo-sharing service. Mike also worked at Deem, Inc. as the Director of Engineering, Yahoo! as a Senior SW Engineering Manager, and Ticketmaster as the Director of Engineering for TicketWeb.

Mike Deerkoski received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Mike also obtained a certification in High Performance Websites from Stanford University in November 2012.
