Saravanan Muruganandam

Saravanan Muruganandam has a strong background in quality engineering and test automation. Saravanan is currently working as a Senior Quality Engineering Lead at Medable, Inc starting in 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test at Johnson Controls from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for setting quality metrics, designing and building test automation solutions, and integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Before joining Johnson Controls, Saravanan worked at NTT DATA Services as a Test Automation Architect from 2018 to 2019. Saravanan was involved in designing software test approaches and strategies, defining statistical methods for quality evaluation, and implementing in-house test frameworks. Saravanan also served as a Lead SDET at NTT DATA Services in 2017.

Earlier in their career, Saravanan worked at NS90 as a Software Test Automation Developer from 2015 to 2017. Saravanan was responsible for designing and building an in-house QA automation testing framework, implementing continuous integration and delivery strategies, and collaborating with manual testers and QA analysts. Saravanan also worked at Digisoft.tv as a Software QA Automation Engineer from 2013 to 2015, where they designed and executed test automation frameworks, developed functional test scripts, and assisted in business requirement reviews. Prior to that, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Software Engineer In Test from 2011 to 2012.

Saravanan Muruganandam completed a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Limerick from 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University from 2007-2011. Saravanan also holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in August 2022.
