Sarah Gerstkamp

Sarah Gerstkamp is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as the Global HR Group Manager at medac GmbH since February 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Business Coach & HR Management at Gerstkamp Coaching from January 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that, Sarah worked at Diageo as an Organizational Effectiveness Manager and HR Business Partner for Germany and Austria from May 2016 to December 2017, and at HJ Heinz, progressing from Junior HR Officer to Head of HR for Mid & North Europe from June 2008 to December 2014. Early career experience includes a position as a Graduand at Continental focusing on change management, and as a Working Student at Accenture supporting HR Shared Services implementation. Sarah holds a degree from Fachhochschule Mainz and briefly studied at the University of Gävle.
