Yasemin Darcan-Nicolaisen

Yasemin Darcan-Nicolaisen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Yasemin started their career in 2005 as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Forschungzentrum Borstel (Research Center Borstel), where they worked until 2005. Yasemin then joined Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin as a Postdoctoral Fellow, focusing on the application of siRNA for the therapy of allergic diseases. In 2008, they joined Richter-Helm BioLogics as a Scientist at QC Laboratory Bioanalytics. During their time at Richter-Helm BioLogics, they took on roles such as Scientific Project Manager and Project Manager. Since 2015, they have been working at medac GmbH, first as a Project Manager and currently as the Head of Project & Program Management.

Yasemin Darcan-Nicolaisen pursued their education in the field of Allergology. From 1996 to 2001, they attended the University of Hamburg and obtained a Diploma degree. Yasemin furthered their studies at Universität zu Lübeck from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Allergology.
