Kimberly Garrott

Kimberly Garrott is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Recruiting at Urgent Care Group since July 2018, Kimberly has previously held positions as Manager of Recruiting and Clinical Recruiter at SpecialtyCare, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the full cycle recruiting process for various clinical technician openings and developing sourcing strategies. Kimberly's career began as a Human Resources Assistant in multiple organizations, including Arizona Community Physicians and Triad Broadcasting, where foundational skills in HR support and candidate recruitment were developed. Kimberly holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Pima Community College and an Associate's Degree in Administrative Assistant from North Dakota State College of Science.
