Federica Venosa

Federica Venosa is a Biomedical Engineer with extensive experience in patient-matched technology design and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as a Patient Matched Technology Designer at Medacta International since November 2022, Federica is involved in 3D bone reconstruction, surgery planning, and the design of cutting guides. Previously, Federica worked at Affluent Medical as a Master's thesis worker, focusing on the characterization of bovine pericardium for the Epygon mitral bio-prosthesis. Earlier experience includes a role in clinical engineering at Ospedale di Biella, where responsibilities included managing health technology maintenance and implementing an IT system for equipment replacement forecasting. Academically, Federica holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico Giordano Bruno.
