Mattia Terraneo

Mattia Terraneo has over a decade of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on washing and packaging operations at Medacta International since May 2011. In current roles as Washing and Packaging Manager for both the Joint and Spine & Sport Medicine departments, responsibilities include overseeing industrial washing, laser marking, and clean room packaging for orthopedic devices while managing a team of 20. Prior positions at Medacta include Production Manager and Quality Control Specialist, where expertise in quality control measures for orthopedic instruments was developed. Earlier experience at Salice as a Quality Control Specialist involved prototype inspections and customer complaint management. Mattia holds a mechanical engineering diploma from I.T.I.S. Magistri Cumacini and an ECDL certification.
