Karl Pessinis

Karl Pessinis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Karl is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at MedAcuity since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at All Covered from December 2019 to November 2021. Additionally, they served as a Management Consultant at FIDx in 2019.

From 2016 to 2018, Karl held the position of Senior Vice President of Professional Services at GreenPages Technology Solutions. Before that, they worked in the same role at iSoftStone North America from 2010 to 2016.

Karl's career began in 2001 when they co-founded Ascend Consulting. As President of Ascend Technologies, they provided business transformation consulting services to top-tier clients in the financial services industry.

Prior to Ascend Technologies, Karl held the role of Vice President of Professional Services at Exodus Communications, where they oversaw both Northeast and North America operations, following the acquisition of Cohesive Technologies in 1998.

Karl's early career includes their role as Vice President of Professional Services at Cohesive Technology Solutions, where they were responsible for the Boston operations. Before that, they served as a Managing Partner at Business Technologies, Inc., and worked as an Independent Consultant.

Karl Pessinis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems, from Salem State University in the years 1981 to 1985. Before college, they attended Reading Memorial High School, without specifying a degree or field of study.
